A manufacturing joint venture in the Gongyi aluminum cluster

河南路亚科技有限公司 (LUYA ALUMINUM) is a joint venture between an export team and a fabricator in Gongyi, Henan. The workshops make the sheet, channel and signs; we own the customer relationship outside China.

What LUYA ALUMINUM is

LUYA ALUMINUM is the export brand of Henan Xinkaisheng Metal Materials Co., Ltd. — a fabricator founded in 2010, running two production bases totalling 30,000 m² in Huiguo Town, Gongyi, and Wenxian County, in the heart of Henan's aluminium industry.

One operation covers the whole chain: coil goes through our own cut-to-length lines, the extrusion press makes the sign channel, and the signage workshop laminates the reflective film that turns a blank into a finished sign. There is no trading company in between — the person who quotes your order sits in the same building as the production planner.

What the factory built over fifteen years is capacity and process discipline: monthly output of 10,000 m² of finished signage, a steady daily capacity of around 50 tonnes, and a standardised production system that keeps batch one and batch fifty identical. What the LUYA ALUMINUM desk adds is the export layer: English quotations, Incoterms, documentation that matches the container, and film grades mapped to EN and ASTM classes.

Where we are, and why it matters

The main base sits in Huiguo Town, Gongyi — the town the Chinese aluminium industry calls the country's first aluminium processing town. Rolling mills, extrusion presses, die shops and surface-treatment lines sit within an hour's drive, and the road and rail links to Qingdao and Tianjin take the containers to sea. The second base, in Wenxian, carries the steel fabrication and heavy assembly that supports the sign structures.

For a buyer, the cluster matters in three practical ways: stock is available without a mill cycle, a second source for the same alloy is a phone call away, and the freight consolidated at one yard can carry several product lines without a second inland leg.

How we work

Four habits, learned from the buyers who complained about the last supplier.

Quotes in writing, with the assumptionsAlloy, temper, tolerance, packing, port and validity date are on the quotation. If we assumed something, it is visible.
Drawings before productionNothing is cut until you approve a drawing or a first article. Changes after approval are quoted, not absorbed silently.
Photos before the container closesHalf-load and closed-container photographs go out with the shipping documents, every shipment.
Bad news earlyIf a mill is late or a tolerance cannot be held, you hear it the day we know, not the day the vessel sails.

What is on the floor

The equipment list is the part of a factory profile that actually predicts what a supplier can hold to tolerance, so here it is rather than buried in a brochure.

What we do not do, and say so

Three boundaries are worth stating before you send a drawing.

  • No paint. Every face is reflective film, applied cold. No solvent line, no batch-to-batch colour drift, nothing that needs curing before packing.
  • Aluminium only. We do not sell galvanised steel blanks. When steel is the better buy in your market — southern Africa, parts of the GOST area — we say so instead of quoting aluminium at a price you will not accept.
  • No anonymous lots. Every shipment leaves with a mill certificate, a packing list that matches the pallet marks, and photographs of the goods that actually went into the container.

Most orders ship with material and finished goods on the same container — these lines combine well.
