What to include, so the first reply is a price
- What it is. Sheet, blank, channel, finished sign, barrier panel, film roll.
- Size and quantity. Per piece and per order, with the annual volume if this is a repeat item.
- Material or grade. Alloy and temper for metal; ASTM type or EN class for film. If you do not know, say what the sign has to do.
- Destination. Port or city, because it decides the Incoterm and the packing.
- Drawing. PDF, DXF or a photo with dimensions — a photo is better than nothing.

How fast do you actually reply?
Within one working day for anything sent during Chinese business hours, and usually the same day. If your enquiry needs a mill or a die check, we send an acknowledgement the same day and the price within two.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Zhengzhou airport is 90 minutes away and we will arrange the pickup. Give us a week's notice and we will schedule production so you see the line running rather than a clean empty floor.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Film swatches and small blank cut-offs go out by courier at cost; courier charges are credited against the first order. Full panels are quoted as a paid sample order because of the freight.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit and 70% against copy of the bill of lading for most orders, L/C at sight above 20 t or for first orders in new markets. We do not ship on open account before the first three shipments.
