Three charts we use every week
Tolerance, film grade and alloy selection, as one-page A4 references with the measuring method next to each number. Free, ungated, dated in the footer.
Why these are free, and ungated
A gated PDF trades a file for an address, and most buyers know it. These three are the pages we would otherwise paste into an e-mail every week, so they may as well be public: they carry our contact block, they are dated, and they are revised when we revise the line.
What is not public is the editable working version — the spreadsheet behind the tolerance chart, with the alloy and film cost fields, which we use internally to price a job. Ask for it and we will send it once we know what you are buying.
Your standard wins. These sheets summarise what our line holds and how we measure it; they are not a substitute for the national specification or for the drawing you issue. When the two conflict, send us the clause and we will answer against it in writing.
Superseded versions
Each PDF carries a revision month in the footer. When a sheet is replaced, the old file is removed rather than left online, so a link in a tender document always points at the current numbers. If you need a specific past revision for an audit, write to us and we will send it with its revision note.
About these files
Can I put these in a tender document?
Yes, unchanged and with the revision month intact. They are summaries, so cite your national standard as the governing document and use ours as the supplier's declared capability.
Do you have a price list?
No, and a price list would be wrong within a month — aluminium moves. Send a size list with alloy, temper, thickness and destination port and you get a written quote in one working day.
Can I get the editable version?
Ask. The working spreadsheet includes cost fields we do not publish, so we send it once there is a live enquiry.

Colour, packing, container loading — if we use it internally, we can send it.
