Inside the works: the plant behind the quotation
Extrusion, sheet, signs and dispatch under one roof in Gongyi, Henan. This is a walk through the floor in the order a visitor sees it — no stock photography, no borrowed plants.
What the works looks like from the gate
One site, three related lines: an extrusion hall, a flat-rolled sheet and blank line, and a sign fabrication floor — with the packing and loading bay at the back of the same building.
This page is a walk through the plant in the order a visitor sees it. Every photograph below was taken on the floor where your material is actually made, not in a showroom. What the images cannot carry — the certificates, the batch paperwork, the tolerance records — is covered on the quality page.

The press hall
6063 sign channel starts here, as do the rod and bar that our power-fitting bodies are machined from. The press, the runout tables and the die shop sit in one line, which is why a section change is measured in days and not in weeks.

Sheet, coil and the blank line
Coil is slit to width, cut to length, sheared or laser-cut to outline, deburred and film-faced in the same bay sequence. The photographs below are the stages a buyer's order actually passes through.

Where signs are made
The sign floor takes the blanks and channel and turns them into finished panels: layout, film cutting, lamination, edge sealing and drilling to the post pattern — then packing, all in one bay sequence.

Packing and dispatch
The last metres matter as much as the first: crates sized for a 20′ container, edge protection and interleaving on every bundle, and the certificate set packed with the goods rather than emailed after them.

What the photographs do not show
A plant walk answers the questions a buyer can see: is there a real press, a real laser, a real laminator, and is the packing done by people who know what a crushed corner costs. It does not answer the paperwork questions, so here they are in writing:
- Documents with every shipment
- Mill certificate for the alloy and temper, dimensional report against the drawing, and the film manufacturer's datasheet where sheeting is supplied. Test reports are quoted as held or as available — we do not publish a claim we cannot put a report behind.
- Traceability
- Every bundle carries a bundle card keyed to the work order; every sign panel carries the film batch number on the record sheet, so a field failure can be traced to the roll it was laminated from.
- What we do not claim
- No invented capacity figures, no stock photographs of other people's factories, no certifications listed that are not on the quality page.

Questions buyers ask before they visit
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Buyers with a live programme or a tender in hand are welcome. Visits are matched to a production run where possible, so you see your own alloy on the line rather than an empty hall. Two hours by road or rail from Zhengzhou.
Are these photographs of your own production?
Yes — every image on this page was taken on our floor during normal production. We do not use stock photography or partner-plant photographs presented as our own.
What documents do you issue with an order?
Commercial invoice and packing list as standard; mill certificate, dimensional report and film datasheets with the goods. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV or an inspector you nominate) is welcomed at the loading bay and quoted as a separate line if coordination is needed.
Which product lines are made in-house?
Sheet and blank processing, extrusion of sign channel, sign fabrication and packing are in-house. Power fittings are cast, extruded and machined in the same works. Where any process is outsourced we say so on the quotation rather than at the claim stage.
