What this site collects

We collect two things: the details you type into the enquiry form, and aggregate page statistics that cannot identify you.

There is no advertising network on this site, no social media pixel, and no third-party script that follows you afterwards. Fonts are served from this server, not from a font CDN, so a page view here does not create a record at a third party.

Analytics

Page statistics are recorded by Umami, installed on our own server: page address, referrer, country, device type and browser. It sets no cookies, stores no persistent identifier, and the raw records are deleted after twelve months. We use it to see which product pages buyers actually read, not to identify anyone.

Server logs are kept for thirty days for security and troubleshooting. They contain the request, the IP address and the user agent.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we keep your name, company, country, email address, phone number and the message — plus any drawing you attach — in our email and quotation records. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of what was quoted. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

If you ask us to quote through WhatsApp, the conversation is held by WhatsApp under their terms, not ours.

Retention and your rights

Quotation records are kept for three years, because that is how long a buyer usually takes to come back to a specification. Invoices are kept for the period Chinese tax law requires. Anything else is deleted on request.

Write to sales@luyaalu.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We answer within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Last updated 26 October 2026.
