The full range

LUYA Aluminium provides custom aluminium sheet, processed sign blanks and extruded aluminium channels for traffic sign manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. The same panel can leave as a blank or as a finished sign: film applied, artwork approved, drilled to your post centres. Eight large-scale extrusion machines and an established manufacturing network carry the work, to customer-approved drawings and specifications.

All but the power fittings are made or finished here; the fittings are still in qualification, and the card on each line says which. A sign maker can buy the substrate, the blank, the channel and the finished face from one works — or stop at whichever stage their own shop takes over. Buyers usually start with one line and end up with three, because a single container carrying material, panels and hardware costs less than three shipments and three sets of documents.
