Aluminium sheet, cut to the size you actually run
We work in the middle of China's aluminium producing belt — the cluster that rolls most of the country's flat sheet — and cut 0.3–6.0 mm sheet to the sizes on your drawing, shipped semi-finished for your film, paint or assembly. We do not sell coil.

What we supply
Cut sheet and blanks for sign makers, sheet-metal shops and OEMs — bought by the pallet, cut to the sizes on your drawing, shipped semi-finished.
We are a manufacturer, not a mill and not a trading house. Stock goes through the leveller, the shear and the punch, and leaves as flat sheet or a finished blank at the size you will actually run. You laminate, paint, print or assemble on top of it.
The works are in Gongyi, Henan — the flat-rolled town that supplies a large share of China's sign and construction sheet — and the material comes from the mills around us. Levelling, cutting, deburring, filming and crating happen in our own workshops, which is why stock sizes move in days rather than in mill cycles. China's sheet makers cluster here; we are one of the larger ones.
Four alloys cover most of what our customers order:
6061-T6 plate is stocked to 6.0 mm for brackets and machined parts. 5A02 is the Chinese GB designation for the 5052 family and is usually the cheapest way to buy that performance inside China — we quote both and let you compare.
Alloy selection guide
If you are unsure which alloy your drawing needs, this table is the one our sales desk uses. The trade-off is always the same: strength against formability against price.
| Alloy | Temper | Thickness | Typical use | Why this one |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1060 (99.6% Al) | O, H24 | 0.5–4.0 mm | Sign backs, nameplates, trim, gaskets | Cheapest, most formable, weakest |
| 1050 | H24, H14 | 0.5–4.0 mm | Deep-drawn parts, reflectors | Slightly harder than 1060, similar price |
| 3003 | H14, H24 | 0.5–4.0 mm | Sign blanks, panels, ducting, roofing | The workhorse: 20% stronger, still bends cleanly |
| 3004 | H24, H32 | 0.5–3.0 mm | Truck bodies, curtain wall, coastal work | More strength, less formability than 3003 |
| 3103 | H14 | 0.5–2.5 mm | Gutters, roofing sheet, trim | Good corrosion at low cost |
| 5052 | H32, H38 | 1.0–6.0 mm | Road signs, marine, fuel tanks | Best corrosion + fatigue in the 5000 series |
| 5A02 | H32 | 1.0–4.0 mm | Same as 5052, domestic stock | GB equivalent of 5052, usually cheaper in China |
| 6061 | T6 | 2.0–6.0 mm | Brackets, machined parts, structures | Heat-treatable, machines well, welds well |
Tempers quoted are the ones we hold or roll most often; O, H12, H16, H18, H22, H34, H38 and H111 are available to order.
Formats, tolerances and protection
Everything leaves flat and on edge on wooden pallets — cut sheet, or blanks cut and punched to your drawing. We do not supply coil: the coil stops here and becomes the size you ordered. Every format can carry a removable film so the surface arrives as it left the line.
| Parameter | Range | Reference |
|---|---|---|
| Thickness | 0.3–6.0 mm | EN 485-3 · GB/T 3880.3 |
| Width | 1000 · 1200 · 1500 · 2000 mm, cut to width | EN 485-3 |
| Sheet length | 2000 · 2440 · 3000 mm, or cut to your size | — |
| Supply form | Cut sheet · blanks cut and punched to drawing · no coil | — |
| Temper | O, H12, H14, H16, H18, H22, H24, H32, H34, H38, H111 | EN 515 |
| Thickness tolerance | Standard to EN 485-3; half-tolerance on request | EN 485-3 |
| Flatness | ≤ 3 mm per metre, measured on a plate table | EN 485-3 |
| Surface | Mill finish · stucco / embossed · blue PE film · PVC film · interleaved paper | — |
| Mechanical properties | Certified per EN 485-2 or ASTM B209 | EN 485-2 / B209 |
Film: 50–100 µm PE, removable, UV-stable for six months outdoors. PVC for laser cutting, where PE burns.
Cutting, film and finishing
Most buyers do not want a full sheet — they want 200 pieces at 480 × 640 mm. That is the part of the order we handle in house, on the same floor as the film line.
Cut tolerance is ±0.5 mm on sheared parts and ±0.2 mm on laser-cut parts. Burr is held under 0.1 mm, because a burr that passes our bench will cut a gloved hand on your line.
For sign work, the natural next step is a film-faced blank: the panel is cut, deburred and then laminated with reflective sheeting in the same workshop. See sign blanks for sizes and tolerances.

Where the cut sheet goes
Sign blanks are the loudest part of the order book, but the same leveller and shear feed quieter markets — ceiling grid, framing strip, truck and trailer body panels, cladding and general fabrication. If your product is made from flat-rolled aluminium and you can send a drawing or a sample, the answer to "can you cut it and film it" is probably yes.
Packing, ports and HS codes
Sheet is packed flat and on edge on heat-treated wooden pallets, strapped, corner-protected and wrapped in PE. A 20′ container takes about 22–25 t of 2.0 mm sheet; a 40′ HC takes about the same weight, so the 40′ only pays when the volume is bulky rather than heavy.

Buyer questions
What is your minimum order?
One pallet, roughly 1 tonne, and you can mix sizes on that pallet. Trial quantities of stock sizes start at about 500 kg. We would rather you test 500 kg than commit to a container and find the temper is wrong.
Which alloy should I use for road signs?
3003-H14 for flat panels up to 2 mm in normal climates; 5052-H38 where wind load, vibration or salt air matters; 1060-H24 only for short-life or indoor work. If you send the sign size and the wind zone, we will tell you the minimum thickness that will not flap.
Can you supply mill test certificates?
Yes. Every heat comes with an EN 10204 3.1 certificate from the rolling mill, showing chemistry and mechanical properties against the heat number, plus our own dimensional inspection sheet.
Do you sell aluminium coil?
No. We convert stock into flat sheet — levelled, cut to length and width, punched, deburred, filmed — and ship sheet or blanks. If you need coil by the tonne, we are the wrong supplier and we will say so on the enquiry.
Can you cut to size, or only supply full sheets?
Both, and most orders are cut. Sheared parts hold ±0.5 mm; laser-cut outlines, holes and slots hold ±0.2 mm from your DXF. Cutting is quoted per part, not as a hidden adder.
How is the surface protected in transit?
Blue PE film 50–100 µm, or PVC where the parts will be laser cut. Uncoated sheet is interleaved with paper. Film is UV-stable for six months outdoors, which covers sea freight plus a few weeks on site.
What is the lead time?
15–20 days for stock sizes and cut parts, 25–30 days for mill-roll orders outside our stock range. We confirm the date in writing on the quotation, not after the deposit.
Can you ship LCL?
Yes, out of Qingdao, though a single pallet shipped LCL costs almost as much in charges as two. If your order is under 3 tonnes, ask us to quote LCL and a 20′ side by side before you decide.
